1. Can we arrange insurance?
We are not able to make any offers/suggestions in this area at this present moment in time. The responsibility of insuring the vehicle remains with the purchaser/owner of the vehicle. Any insurance documents required by the dealer to enable them to register a car must be in their possession a minimum of at least two working days in advance of the agreed delivery date.

3. Do the cars come with warranty?
All new cars come with full manufacturers warranty as stipulated by the respective manufacturer. Any pre-registered cars will come with the remainder of the full manufacturers warranty as stipulated by the respective manufacturer.
4. Will the car be registered in my name first?
Yes, if you have bought as a “new” car you will be the first registered owner.
5. Will my local dealer be able to service my car?
The local dealership applicable to the make of your car you have purchased will be able to carry out all servicing and maintenance of your car. In some cases manufacturers have also agreed that approved service centres can also carry out servicing/maintenance of your car.
6. I have a cherished number plate which I wish to put on my new car?
You will need to advise www.onlinecarslimited.com (OCL) and the supplying dealer well in advance of the anticipated delivery date that you wish this to happen. You will need to send in your retention certificate to the supplying dealer when you are arranging your insurance.
7. Will my car be driven to me at the point of delivery?
All cars are driven direct to you at the delivery address indicated; if you require the car to be transported then this can be arranged at an additional cost. If you wish to collect the car from the supplying dealer then you must advise them at least two working days in advance for this to happen, the final acceptance and agreement for any of these deliveries/collections to take place is the responsibility of the supplying dealer.
8. How long will it take from placing my order for a new car and delivery?
Once your car arrives at the dealer you will be contacted by the dealer for you to arrange your insurance cover note and agree a suitable delivery date.
9. Do the pictures indicated on you web site display the car I am going to get?
In some case we are not able to supply pictures for every car, however where a picture is displayed this is indicative of the model generally and may include options/extras and should not be taken as representing any car that you may choose.
10. Who is my contract to buy the car with?
The Supplying dealer. We act as your agent and will endeavour to match your car requirements via our UK network of mainland dealers that we have agreed supply terms with. When you have confirmed your order by e-mail to us, we will fax a copy of your order confirming these details to the dealer and that you wish to go ahead and order this car. The supplying dealer will contact you with in one working day or sooner to introduce themselves to you. At this point you may deal directly with the supplying dealer (unless otherwise stated).
11. Who do I pay the deposit to?
You pay the agreed deposit to the supplying dealer at the point of you ordering the car; deposits can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Electron, Eurocard, Maestro, and Solo, whatever suits you best. The deposit is normally a minimum of £500 and could be higher depending on the specification/extras on the car. The balance of any payments due on the vehicle is paid direct to the dealership by Bankers Draft at the point of delivery/collection. Details relating to the Bankers Draft must be conveyed to the dealer two working days in advance of the agreed delivery/collection...
12. Can I be given an exact delivery date at the point of ordering?
An actual delivery date can only be indicated and agreed once your car has arrived at the supplying dealer and the vehicle has been through the Pre Delivery Inspection. (PDI). Manufacturers/Suppliers can only provide estimated dates when the orders are placed and they are subject production availability at the manufacturer’s factory
13. How do you achieve such competitive prices?
Due to the fact we place so many orders and buy so many cars, the level of discount we achieve is directly related to the number of cars we order hence the competitive prices.
14. Do we import any cars?
No, we never import cars. We only supply cars from UK main dealers.
